Our shrimp can be stored 2 days in the fridge with the heads on and an additional
2 days in the fridge after heads have been cut off.

NEVER freeze our shrimp with the heads on, but you can cut off the heads and then freeze them.

The best way to cook our shrimp is with the heads/shells on, but they will also taste great if you need to shell them beforehand for a certain recipe. 

There is no reason to devein our shrimp.

For boiling, just put them in boiling water and as soon as 1 or 2 of them start to float, quickly take them all out. So if you are doing a shrimp boil, you will put the shrimp in at the very end to cook for only 2-3 minutes.

For grilling or sauteing, they usually just need 2-5 minutes per side depending on temperature.
